JYJ To Be on SBS’s Good Morning Show!!

JYJ will be appearing on SBS’s Good Morning Show.

SBS Official said on the 27th, “JYJ just finished a fun recording in a pleasant atmosphere with frank & honest talk”

The official said “Junsu – Jaejoong – Micky, three members of JYJ, talked about each other’s hidden habits and ideal types, music, & various topics. Recording finished in a warm, friendly atmosphere, “he said.

This is JYJ’s first SBS appearance. With talk show, JYJ’s activities seems to the stretching. JYJ will be performing at the ’2010 KBS Drama Awards, on the 31st.

Meanwhile, JYJ’s appearance on SBS’s Good Morning will be broad casted January 5th.

101213 TVXQ’s Yunho & Changmin reveal concept teaser images

TVXQ’s Yunho and Changmin have revealed teaser images for their upcoming comeback album set for release on January 5th.

The two members declared their comeback through their official homepage on December 1st revealed transformed image today, giving fans a glimpse of their new style. The album is said to be containing a variety of genres that will allow fans to see how much the two members have matured vocally.

The album will drop in Korea on January 5th and will be followed by the release of a Japanese single version on the 26th.

Project Xiah Day! – Kim Junsu’s Birthday Project

“Lol I remembered that Junsu asked us to not forget his birthday at the LA showcase – so I thought, what the heck, and went with this idea since it’s kind of short notice. I wasn’t planning on doing it due to school and whatnot but eh, whatever, haha.

As you can see, I’m kind of too busy to make a new banner for this project so I’m just going to post up the rules and ask you guys to follow them as best as you can

Requirements:

1. Greet him – You can either do this in your own language (however repeat “hello” afterward so he could understand lol), english, OR say Annyeonghaesayo.
2. Yell “Happy Birthday 1)_______, from 2)______” – 1) Add in his name in whatever variation you like. Ex: Junsu-oppa! Xiah! Su! etc. 2) Where you’re from (if you’re from the US, you can say your states’ name instead).
3. If you have a second language, repeat “Happy Birthday” in that language (I thought this would be cute and cool lol)
4. After all that, say “Cassiopeia loves you!” (bonus points if you blow a kiss at the camera and makes Su blush X’DDD)
5. Cry out “OMG SUN” – for the lols (commence the giggling and roll off screen haha)

101208 TVXQ Will Perform In Both Korea And Japan With One Title Track + 101203 ‘TVXQ Trio’ JYJ’s TV Appearance Falls Through.. Why?

TVXQ are planning to perform in both Korea and Japan with the same title track.

TVXQ, now a duo with U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin, made an announcement through their official homepage on November 23rd that they will make a comeback next January. Following this, they announceed through their Japanese agency AVEX on December 2nd that they will be releasing a new single on January 26th.

The unknown song they are planning to sing is receiving great attention as TVXQ is planning to perform it in both Korea and Japan at the same time. TVXQ’s agency SM Entertainment stated, “TVXQ are planning to perform the same title track in both Korea and Japan in January.”

All the SM artistes, including TVXQ, BoA, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee and f(x), will be holding their Japan leg of the ‘SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR’ on January 25th and 26th in Tokyo, Japan. Because this overlaps with the release of TVXQ’s new single, there is a great possibility that they will be kicking off their activities in Japan at the SM TOWN concert.

On the other hand, TVXQ’s Japanese comeback has been met with an explosive response from Japanese fans. On major album sites such as HMV and Tower Records, TVXQ’s new single, set to release on January 26th, rose to #1 on the ranking charts as soon as it was released, thus proving their continued popularity in Japan.

It has been found that TVXQ’s Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun and Kim Junsu (JYJ) attempted to appear on TV but it fell through in the end.

According to a representative in the Kpop industry, JYJ were nominated to perform a celebratory number at ‘The 31st Blue Dragon Film Awards’ that was aired on November 26th on KBS 2TV. For this, their KBS Kpop review was quickly done a week before the awards ceremony.

Usually, the review is done even before the album is released, but for JYJ, their review was done one month after their ‘The Beginning’ album was released in October. It has been confirmed that a total of seven songs, including JYJ’s title song ‘Empty’, were deemed suitable for airing according to the results published on November 24th after the KBS Kpop review.

However, JYJ’s appearance fell through. This seems to be because of JYJ’s legal dispute with SM Entertainment. Furthermore, an extreme amount of pressure would have been placed on KBS if they had allowed JYJ to perform as pop culture-related associations are siding against JYJ, such as the Korean Federation of Pop Culture and Art Industry that sent out an official document to broadcasting and cable companies, as well as music distribution companies, demanding that JYJ’s activities be restricted.

However, the ‘Blue Dragon Film Awards’ was not the only event where this happened. Even though it is now almost two months since JYJ’s album release, we still cannot hear their music on TV or the radio. This has occurred though there have been many netizens asking radio stations to turn JYJ’s music on as they have yet to hear these songs anywhere though the album has been released.

One Kpop representative stated, “If JYJ does not solve their dispute with SM, they will be faced with many more obstacles in the future if they wish to continue to sing,” and “There are many producers who have raised their voices stating that regulations on activities must become more strict so that something like this does not happen again.”

JYJ filed an exclusive contract suspension injunction against SM last July. They began their activities by releasing their first album under the name JYJ and holding showcases, but they have not been able to stand on a TV show’s stage in Korea yet.

I, Lini, just recently posted an article (below this post) just to inform you guys who din’t know to vote for JYJ and JaeJoong. Well, guess what. You Cassiopeia have loads more votings to do ;D i’m sorry guys, but we need to support these boys okay ? To be honest, on this poll, i was sort off sad that i din’t see TVXQ on the BEST MALE GROUP AWARD but then again. TVXQ IS on hiatus so i think it wouldn’t be fair if they did put TVXQ on the poll. though we have JYJ as a representative right ? *prays for TVXQ as 5 to come back* So yeah, you Cassiopeia, will forever and ever keep the faith and vote them;
